Invite the Ambassador to Your Platform

Once an engagement is approved, a $1,000 non-refundable booking retainer is required to reserve and confirm the date.

The retainer is credited toward the total speaking fee. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than five (5) calendar days before the event.

A speaking request does not constitute a confirmed booking until the required agreement and booking retainer have been received.

We understand that plans can change. One rescheduling request may be considered, subject to approval and availability.

The rescheduled engagement should generally occur within six (6) months of the original date. Payments already received may be transferred to the new date when the rescheduling request is approved.

Unless specifically included in the speaking fee, approved airfare or transportation, lodging, ground transportation, meals, and other necessary travel expenses are the responsibility of the event organizer.

Non-refundable travel expenses already incurred remain payable if the client cancels the engagement.

Event photography for approved promotional purposes is generally permitted.

Professional video and audio recording, livestreaming, broadcasting, commercial distribution, or other extended use of Ambassador Boisrond's presentation, image, name, or likeness requires prior written authorization.

If Ambassador Boisrond must cancel because of illness, emergency, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, the organizer will be offered either a full refund of speaking fees paid or the opportunity to reschedule the engagement, subject to availability.

Submitting a speaking request does not guarantee acceptance. Event details, purpose, audience, location, schedule, and requested participation will be reviewed before approval.

Specific engagements may be subject to additional contractual terms.
