Throughout her career, Ambassador Boisrond has been guided by a commitment to serving vulnerable populations, empowering communities, and building partnerships that create lasting change.

Her purpose has always been to serve those whose voices go unheard, while bringing together governments, nonprofit organizations, healthcare institutions, faith communities and community leaders to address problems no single actor can solve alone.

As a Global Peace Ambassador, Spiritual Diplomat and Human Rights Advocate, she has worked alongside international leaders, diplomats, humanitarian organizations and community advocates to advance peacebuilding, intercultural dialogue, conflict resolution and the protection of fundamental human rights.

From New York to the Caribbean and Beyond

Her humanitarian work extends across the United States and internationally, including the Caribbean, Latin America and other regions, advocating for vulnerable communities, women, children, refugees, migrants and underserved populations.

Among the most significant strands of that work is her advocacy for the human rights and dignity of Haitian migrants and persons of Haitian descent in the Dominican Republic. Through humanitarian engagement, international advocacy and collaboration with global partners, she continues to raise awareness of human rights concerns while encouraging peaceful, lawful and compassionate solutions.
